America, Terra biodiversa
Nature has no borders, as the birds constantly remind us. Since 2005, we have walked the South American trails, from Guajira to Tierra del Fuego, and from the Chocó to the Brazilian Atlantic forests, our quest has led us to the best birdwatching and photography spots of the continent. we have followed the flight of these beings that fascinate us, inspire us, transport us and make us forget our own limits. All this to try to offer you singular trips, unique encounters, indelible experiences, accompanied by expert and passionate ornithological guides.
On the agenda for the next few months: The Perija mountain range is the most northerly region of the Andes, and among the 400 species of birds present here, 10 are endemic. Further south, the magical cloud forests of the Choco-montane bio-region will open their doors to us to enjoy the sightings of rare and isolated species of Ecuador, such as the Tanager Finch, the Plate-billed Mountain Toucan and the Beautiful Jay. Take a relaxing stroll on the olivine beaches of Punta Cormorant on the Galápagos Archipelago where the San Cristóbal Mockingbird abounds. We can also explore the bamboo forests of the Manu National Park, deep in the Peruvian Amazon, in search of the numerous endemic antwrens, antshrikes and other antbirds. Meeting conservationists in the heart of the Brazilian Atlantic forests will also be on the agenda. Join us to survey the great savannah of the Pantanal, the refuge of the Seriemas, Chachalacas, Jabirus and the mythical Jaguar. Between the steppes of Patagonia and the Chilean Andes, the Paine massif combines majestic landscapes, and austral endemics. Further south, almost at the end of the world, we will explore the Beagle Channel in search of the Magellanic Woodpecker and the rare Macaroni Penguin. At the extreme end of our world we will explore the Great White Continent where the largest colonies of King Penguins in the world are found.
All these trips are dedicated to birding, naturalist encounters and understanding of neotropical ecosystems. Our expert guides will use their experience and patience to make sure you don’t miss a thing of these natural experiences.
