What you and Micexperts, as well as Xavier and Ecuador Experience, have done to deal with this unforeseen event is perfect in terms of speed and quality.

You succeeded admirably, as evidenced by the hotel and meal arrangements in Guayaquil, the visits (in particular the mangrove canoe trip) and the return journey via Bogotá and Paris, which went very smoothly without being restrictive.

So a big thank you to you in particular and to the others mentioned above.

I also welcome the KLM compensation claim.

This trip to the Galapagos was extraordinary and fascinating from every point of view!
